I Didn’t Realise Architecture Magazines Were This Useful Until I Started Renovating

I want to be honest. I didn’t really believe in interior designers and what value they could add to my home when I had just started home renovation. But one thing was for sure - I did not want to repeat the designs in my old structure. Neither did I want to follow the old interior into the new space.

So after much thought, delegation and recommendations from my close ones, I turned to an architecture design magazine that I found on the internet - The Ideal Homes & Garden. It was just something that I scrolled past in the beginning, but after browsing for some time, I was sure that I could not get practical guidance like this ever from anywhere else. My perception about interior designers changed very quickly once I got into the actual mess of planning layouts, choosing finishes and trying not to ruin my own house.

When Renovation Reality Hits Hard

Renovation will remain exciting for you until the decisions (or rather, bad decisions) pile up.

Being a person who didn’t know whether to leave my living room feeling open or cosy. Whether the soft lightning worked in the kitchen of an Indian home or not, I wanted expert advice for everything I was planning in my renovated home.

That’s when reading architecture magazines India helped me come face-to-face with real layouts, real homes and real problems. It is not some random online inspiration. These Home Interior Magazines show you exactly how architects India actually think. Why a certain colour is used in the bedroom, or why a wall is placed in a certain way, why some designs age well, and others don’t, you’ll know everything.

I stopped making random guesses and put in actual effort after thorough research and planning with the help of home interior magazines by The Ideal Home & Garden. One thing that Home Interior Magazines taught me was that good design is not just about looking good on day one. It’s about how the space works daily. Every day functionality matters. You need storage that actually stores things. Furniture layouts that don’t block movement. And colours that don’t feel tiring after a year.

Bottom Line

When I look back, I genuinely wish that I had picked up an architecture design magazine sooner. I would have saved a lot of time, money, and a few near-disasters. You can stop repeating the same mistake by taking inspiration from the Ideal Home and Garden’s website. If you are renovating or even just planning future changes, browse the Home Interior Magazines, which offer aesthetically pleasing layouts, functional structures and interior designs that will fit your moodboard perfectly.
